We are excited to introduce our new Trainee Nursing Assistant role, designed to upskill and train Senior Care Assistants to become Nursing Assistants. This innovative development program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role and take on more responsibilities.
As a Trainee Nursing Assistant, you will assist in tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse. You will also receive a salary increase once you have completed the program.
What You Need to Qualify- A Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care with leadership responsibilities, especially around administering medicines and leading a shift
- Knowledge and understanding of person-centred care planning and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
