Multi-Trade Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our client, a well-established maintenance contractor, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working throughout the West Midlands, primarily in Wolverhampton, on a variety of projects across commercial, healthcare, and leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out reactive and planned repairs and maintenance
- Internal refurbishment projects
- Repairing the fabric of a building and external works, including carpentry, door hanging, skirting boards, architraves, patch plastering, painting, basic plumbing, brickwork, slabbing, and roofing
- Independent working and team working across various sites
- Traveling between multiple sites per day
- Experience in reactive and planned maintenance within commercial settings
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS
- NVQ level 2 minimum in Carpentry
- IT literate
- High standard of work
- Good communicator
