We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our welcoming Burger King Restaurant in North Muskham. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team is operating smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
