**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a cross-functional team to deliver safe, high-quality, repeatable, and cost-effective solutions to meet the engineering requirements of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the deployment of team resources in accordance with business requirements and program budgets.
  • Ensuring all engineering configuration changes are managed in accordance with program requirements.

**Requirements**

Previous experience in mentoring or coaching skills is advantageous.
