Zachary Daniels is a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in retail recruitment. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our client's team in Fort William.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in store and drive performance and sales through effective management and coaching.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Manage the store's KPI performance and work alongside the team to grow the store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Deputy, or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
  • Working knowledge of fashion, shoes, or accessories.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and performance, managing KPIs and budgets.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and creating visually appealing displays.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
  • 1 weekend off per month, 28 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
