Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • MCIPD qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • Extensive senior-level generalist experience in a complex organization, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations, with experience leading a team of subject matter experts and driving business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, emphasizing policy improvement and high-quality service delivery, with a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing People strategies, turning them into actionable team objectives and driving business growth.

Location: East Sussex

Duration: 6-9 months, with possible extension

Daily Rate: £ per day

Working Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
