Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to Service Users in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out intimate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting each individual to meet their personal outcomes, including meal preparation and medication administration
  • General household duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Following 'Health and Social Care standards: My Support, My Life' guidance at all times
