Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CS Product Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enablement team, you will be responsible for preparing and empowering our bobbers to become product champions and trusted advisors to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product education, enablement, and instructional design. You will be experienced in creating product learning paths and training, and will be able to master technical terms and processes to turn them into valuable and simple processes for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Enablement efforts in the HR tech space, preferably with Payroll products.
  • Develop and execute product training programs for various roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product updates, features, and best practices.
  • Plan and provide product launch and release training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement strategies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience leading Product Enablement efforts in the HR tech space.
  • Experience in product education, enablement, and instructional design.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Results-minded and able to find measurable outcomes.
  • Flexible and open-minded with a willingness to grow and evolve.
