About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia, including medication management and daily living assistance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure seamless care delivery and continuous improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
