Our client, a leading gaming company, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to drive user-centered design and enhance user experience in the iGaming space.

This is a hands-on position where you'll lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of UX research and testing processes, while also providing strategic insights to stakeholders and mentoring other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement UX research processes and testing
  • Recruit participants, conduct interviews, and gather insights to improve user experience
  • Create user personas based on in-depth research and data analysis
  • Work with the Design Manager to develop a standardized UX research framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development
  • Define and track key UX metrics to ensure data-driven decisions
  • Maintain a UX research repository for easy reference and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UX research and testing
  • A deep understanding of user behavior and user-centered design
  • Experience with research tools and basic Figma skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UX industry trends
