We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients across a wide range of catering equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to technical support calls and conduct PPM checks to ensure equipment is safe and fit for purpose.
- Liaise with customers to prioritize and resolve breakdowns, and ensure staff are instructed in the safe use of equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of catering equipment operation and complete associated service documentation.
- Support site and project-related activities as required.
- Full UK driving license.
- At least 2 years' experience in a mechanical or electrical working environment.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
