YOUR ROLE IN DRIVING TRANSFORMATION

As a Solutions Architect, you will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and presenting a comprehensive technology architecture. Your passion for technology will guide you in planning and constructing innovative services and products. Staying ahead of emerging technologies and showcasing your understanding through swift and effective delivery will be key aspects of your role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all technical architecture components of IT initiatives.
  • Integrate and address Business Processes, Data, and Applications within the framework of extensive state-supported IT Solutions.
  • Document project solution architecture using established templates and tools, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Take ownership of the complete technical architecture, providing guidance to other domain architects (applications, data, infrastructure, security, service).
  • Lead a substantial team of qualified third-party architects to achieve the desired output of deliverables and products.
  • Be responsible for critical programme technical design artifacts – High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and Interface Specifications.
  • Manage all technical content within the Programme Design Authority.
  • Collaborate with the Programme's leadership and Functional Leads to engage with senior stakeholders, presenting and discussing solutions and designs while addressing any challenges raised.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect.
  • Proven track record in leading design efforts for complex, multi-technology, multi-party solutions.
  • Familiarity with various architectural domains, particularly applications, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in a regulated environment.
  • Able to see the broader perspective while also diving into details as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proficient in client-facing roles or similar environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the consulting sector.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector.
  • Understanding of IoT implementation and management.
