We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd. As a Junior Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisors and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client portfolios and provide recommendations for investment and financial planning strategies
- Prepare and send suitability reports and letters of authority to clients
- Input policy details and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with and support Financial Advisors to ensure seamless client service
- Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure that all files worked on are compliant with industry regulations and FCA rules
- Complete complex administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Experience working in Administration, Pension, Investment, Banking, or Financial Services
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team and communicate effectively with others
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in software applications
