About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Acorn by Synergie Careers. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of forklifts, including condition monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance, and general diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete condition monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance of forklifts, predominately side loaders
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, general diagnostics, and repair of trucks and other heavy equipment as required
  • Diagnose faults and complete subsequent repairs
  • Perform safety inspections
  • Assist with stocking, order preparation, and product restocking
