Job Summary:

The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses to generate leads, schedule appointments, and update company information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers.
  • Update company information and complete tele surveys on behalf of clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily dial targets and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, making outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the office.
