Counter Manager - Luxury Skincare

Join our esteemed team as a Counter Manager, where you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our prestigious Edinburgh store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach your team to achieve sales targets and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
  • Proactively sell products and manage NSV budgets and ordering within time limits
  • Develop personal relationships with clients and ensure all customers are captured on our database through SMILE or registration card, following GDPR guidelines
  • Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Line Manager, and ensure sufficient levels are maintained
  • Participate in merchandise management and ensure it aligns with corporate guidelines
