We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team in Coventry. As a well-established legal practice, we pride ourselves on employing expert professionals who deliver exceptional services with the client at the forefront of their mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside our existing Claimant Personal Injury team to handle new and existing claims, including litigated matters.
  • Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face to gather information and build relationships.
  • Attending Court hearings to represent our clients and advocate for their interests.
  • Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim and ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules to support the claims process.
  • Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE within Personal Injury law, with a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Confidence in your own ability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your own time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
