About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Crisis Recovery Worker. As a key member of our Crisis House service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as domestic and finance management, as well as accessing work, leisure, and educational opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our service users.
  • Participate in a weekly rota system and be available for on-call duties.
