About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Goldsmiths. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and driving sales growth in our showrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury watch and jewellery products
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on product selection and after-sales care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients
About You

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and has a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
