QualificationsMinimum Level 3 qualification in childcare
Leadership experience in a nursery context (at least as a Room Leader)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Potential for leadership and a willingness to learn and develop
Experience with Ofsted inspections

Lead and motivate a team of committed childcare professionals to provide exceptional care and education to young children. Build and sustain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external partners. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Ensure adherence to Ofsted regulations and standards, maintaining high quality and safety levels. Drive business growth through effective marketing, recruitment, and retention strategies. Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and empower staff. Possess a solid understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations. Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Be passionate about early years education and dedicated to delivering the highest quality care for children.
