Job Overview

Join our esteemed Technology Support division, where we provide exceptional Technology Support & Environment Management for Account Services Core DDA applications within Global Liquidity & Cash Management (GLCM). We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about addressing business challenges through innovative engineering practices, emphasizing Environment Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Non-Functional Testing. As a member of the GLCM Account Services team, you will engage in significant multi-year projects, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive Environment Management & Test Support within a seasoned Agile team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive application or infrastructure service to facilitate effective business operations.
  • Oversee the routine maintenance of the organization's systems to guarantee operational stability and accessibility.
  • Assist in monitoring production, testing, and development environments for irregularities, addressing issues with standard observability tools.
  • Identify issues for escalation and communication, providing solutions to both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Evaluate complex situations and trends to proactively manage incidents, problems, and changes in support of full-stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices, applying techniques to enhance performance and availability.
  • Proactively uncover hidden issues and patterns in data, leveraging insights to improve coding standards and system architecture.
  • Review designs and modifications to a global scale Critical Application Framework application and its infrastructure to ensure compliance with system requirements.
  • Develop test strategies, execute testing plans, create automated test packs, document & analyze results, and generate test reports.
  • Communicate effectively, tailoring messages for diverse audiences, from senior business leaders to junior technology personnel.
  • Collaborate within a globally diverse team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools and techniques such as Autosys, Geneos, AppDynamics, Capalytics, SPLUNK, Grafana, etc.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure and application performance and resilience.
  • Hands-on experience in automated testing, production deployment, operational stability, and SDLC toolsets.
  • Understanding of code deployment, packaging, UAT support, and non-functional testing principles.
  • Proficiency in Spring JDBC and SQL, along with knowledge of relational and NoSQL database systems.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration technologies, including Jenkins, Maven, Cucumber, Mocks, JMeter, JUnit, etc.
  • Proficient in working with Linux OS and UNIX scripting.
  • Hands-on approach to technology with a demonstrated commitment to self-learning and a deep understanding of processes, systems, or technologies.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting, such as SQL programming, Java, or API development.
  • Knowledge of the Temenos T24 Banking Application is a plus, particularly in areas such as Interest, Tax, Swift Payments, Accounting, Reporting, Sweeps, and Close of Business processing.
  • Experience in end-to-end application design and development with an interest in the underlying physical infrastructure.
  • Experience in executing and monitoring close of business across multiple platforms.
  • Working knowledge of on-premises or public cloud environments.
