  • Collaborate within the medium landing gear quality team to enhance product processes
  • Utilize hands-on expertise to address quality challenges
  • Mentor and develop team members on technical and quality matters
  • Contribute significantly to product enhancement throughout the manufacturing process
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assess and manage non-conformities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and suppliers
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Offer insights on manufacturing quality to the Engineering team
  • Authorize and oversee additional work as necessary
