In this position, you will be tasked with the secure transportation of goods throughout the UK. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary package and additional benefits, including allowances for overnight stays.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle in accordance with legal regulations.
  • Deliver goods between various locations punctually.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
  • Keep precise records of deliveries and working hours.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Engage in effective communication with management and fellow team members.
  • Utilize navigation systems to plan optimal routes.
  • Ensure adherence to driving regulations at all times.

Essential Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
  • Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is required.
  • Digital Tachograph Card must be held.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience as an HGV Class 1 driver is necessary.
  • Good driving history with no more than 6 penalty points on the licence.
  • Strong understanding of UK road regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
