You will also ensure that all leavers and transfer procedures, as well as flexible working/maternity/paternity requests are handled efficiently; and assist line managers with communication to employees as required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Onboarding new starters into our HR system
* Ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly payrolls
* Handling leavers and transfer procedures
* Assisting with flexible working/maternity/paternity requests
* Providing administrative support to the HR team

In return, you will receive a supportive team environment, 25 days holiday per year, and a Monday-Friday work week with some great flexibility regarding hours.
