U18 Academy Lead Coach

About The Role
Ecotricity is seeking a Senior Development Phase Coach to enhance our Academy team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Collaborating with the coaching staff to guide the U18 squad in accordance with the Academy's coaching framework and the club's philosophies.
- Overseeing the planning and organization of training sessions for the U18 squad through the Teamworks platform.
- Facilitating the creation and implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) tailored for U18 players.
- Participating in and leading U18 Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings to assess player performance and developmental requirements.
- Documenting coaching sessions and evaluations within the FIP system.
- Producing match reports, including player minutes on the FIP.
- Delivering group and individual performance analyses for players using Hudl.
- Contributing to discussions in Academy Management Team Meetings.
- Assisting in the coaching of the U16 age group.
- Organizing and conducting reviews for players and parents.
- Coordinating and evaluating loan opportunities for U18 players.
- This position involves working with minors, thus adherence to all relevant policies and the club's commitment to safeguarding is essential.
- The successful candidate may occasionally be required to undertake additional responsibilities not specified in this job description. Availability on weekends for match days is necessary.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- UEFA A Licence.
- FA Advanced Youth Award.
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate.
- EFAiF.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Familiarity with the Academy Audit process.
- Experience in an Academy setting.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- D1 minibus driving license.
- Prior coaching experience within an Academy.
- Proficient in utilizing various platforms such as FIP, Teamworks, Hudl, and LFE Education Management System.
