About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at GRAHAM Asset Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical systems
  • Conduct minor building fabric repairs as required
  • Contribute to the delivery of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project works
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats
  • Maintain high health and safety standards, performing risk assessments for each task
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, focusing on plumbing and mechanical systems
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
  • Asbestos awareness training
