PR & Communications Manager | Central | Full-Time Contract

This role is a fixed-term contract.

Delivering Extraordinary Experiences Daily

As the PR & Communications Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of PR and Corporate Affairs to craft and implement messaging and narratives for The Bicester Collection, while also contributing to the overarching PR Strategy. Your focus will be on ensuring the optimal representation of The Bicester Collection in global media, emphasizing the communication of the appropriate image and message to the general consumer market, the press, and internally to staff and partners.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position will encompass the following:

Proactively and innovatively develop and execute the PR Plan with a continuous approach that integrates all business channels: retail, wholesale, VIP, social media, digital platforms, and unconventional PR communications. Contribute to and implement all Global PR initiatives. Create content tailored for each Village based on insights from Source Markets to attract international clientele. Manage interview requests, draft responses as needed, select appropriate imagery to accompany each interview/feature, and seek press approval for images when necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with the press and establish international connections across targeted media outlets.

Over 10 years of experience in Public Relations for Fashion/Luxury brands, with a genuine enthusiasm for the fashion and retail sectors. A proven history of successfully building a brand within a fast-paced, multinational organization during periods of significant growth. Exceptional writing and drafting capabilities. Extensive experience in Corporate Public Relations. A robust understanding of luxury industry standards and brand expectations. International experience within the fashion/lifestyle/retail sectors is essential.
