TPF Recruitment is partnering with a leading chartered accountancy firm in the region to recruit a Personal Tax Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance.
- Tax Compliance and Advisory: Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Trusts.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the tax practice, developing new business relationships and partnerships.
- Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, ATT, or CTA qualification.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in personal tax compliance and planning, preferably within an accountancy practice.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
- Study Support: Access to study support and resources to enhance professional development.
