Senior Insights Executive - Global Insights Team

Location: London, UK

Company: Group M Worldwide Inc.

Reports to: Insights Manager

About the Role: As a Senior Insights Executive, you will be crucial in supporting the establishment and daily operations of our global insights hub. Your expertise will be vital in utilizing AI to assess and enhance global advertising effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the implementation and use of the new insights tool for global advertising assessment and enhancement.
  2. Establish best practices for tool utilization and become a global champion and subject matter expert.
  3. Conduct analysis and reporting on creative performance, identify trends, compile reports, and assist in applying insights to campaign strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional creative and media teams to integrate insights into broader marketing initiatives.
  5. Incorporate findings into wider human insights workstreams.
  6. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  7. Support efforts to elevate the profile of the insights hub across Group M.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field).
  2. 2+ years of experience in a quantitative market research agency or similar setting.
  3. Strong grasp of creative evaluation methodologies.
  4. Proficient in statistical analysis and familiar with AI applications in market research.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
