Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supply Teacher and Home Tutor to join our team at Connex Education in Birmingham. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students in a classroom setting, while also working as a Home Tutor to support students in a one-to-one learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Teacher and Home Tutor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality education to students in a classroom setting
• Working as a Home Tutor to support students in a one-to-one learning environment
• Developing and implementing lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed
• Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
• Previous experience working in a Primary School setting
• DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
• Strong classroom management skills
• A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
• Commitment to the profession of working in Education
