Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to become a vital part of our dedicated maintenance team. This role involves overseeing the electrical systems of a significant static facility, offering a competitive salary and a favorable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks as designated through our management systems.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to independently address non-routine challenges, ensuring timely solutions to operational issues.
  • Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize assigned tasks, demonstrating ownership and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Possess relevant technical qualifications or an apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience as an Electrician within the building services sector.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Engineering Building Services installation and maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant technical qualifications or an apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Electrician or in a comparable role within a healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPMs and SLAs.
  • Strong grasp of Engineering Building Services installation and maintenance techniques.
