Job Summary:

The Application Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering WorkForce Software's (WFS) Suite, ensuring seamless integration with customer needs. This position collaborates with Global Services project teams to guarantee that WFS Suite products meet customer requirements and are successfully implemented by configuring the software according to documented workforce management business needs and validating expected results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
  • Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
  • Continuously improve WorkForce Software Product solution skills by staying updated with the latest WorkForce Management Software enhancements.
  • Handle complex issues, including administrative and configuration challenges.
  • Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements.
  • Provide status updates with Project Managers, customers, and stakeholders on project status.
  • Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of SQL and writing simple to moderate queries.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, considered a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degrees in Business Administration, MIS, or Computer Science strongly preferred.
