Job Title: Language Training Coordinator

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences that drive business growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Language Training Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Language Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing and delivering training content, launching programmes in the UK and EU, and maintaining training in existing clusters. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent data analytics, and the ability to engage with key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop training content that meets the needs of our drivers
  2. Launch new programmes in the UK and EU, ensuring compliance with industry best practice and local legislation
  3. Maintain training in existing clusters, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  4. Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit, ensuring that our programmes meet the highest standards
  5. Support the launch of new TAP clusters and In-House Shunting programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders
  6. Use data to inform decision making, quantifying the impact of our programmes on costs, learning experience, and safety
  7. Provide timely and accurate updates to programme leadership on programme developments
Requirements
  1. Degree or relevant industry experience
  2. Relevant experience managing multiple stakeholders
  3. Relevant experience leading projects in a fast-paced environment
  4. Relevant experience in a learning or transport operations role
  5. Strong IT skills, including high levels of competence in MS Excel
  6. Excellent data analytics and root cause analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Basic project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar
  2. Experience in a driver training role
  3. An additional language, such as Italian, Spanish, German, or French
