Sales Ledger Assistant Opportunity

Reed Accountancy & Finance is pleased to be working with a growing business in Lisburn, recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant to provide support for a period of 9 months. This is a Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, issuance, and recording of invoices
  • Posting of receipts from various payment streams
  • Preparation, collection, and posting of payments by Direct Debit
  • Reconciliation of ledgers
  • Analysis of debtors ledger
  • Credit control management
  • Compilation of bank lodgements

The ideal candidate will have 12+ months experience in sales ledger and credit control, with good organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Xero software and MS Excel is required.
