Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering pre-set lessons to students in year 7-11
* Supporting pupils in their learning and development
* Maintaining a strong level of behavior management within the lesson
* Helping to ensure pupils work to the best possible standard
* Working through a range of learning materials with the set groups

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in managing behavior, and a patient and calm approach to situations. Experience working with SEN or SEMH children is also desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
