In this position, you will oversee the management of tools, equipment, and materials inventory, ensuring that essential items are readily available. Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies, while also maintaining precise inventory records and collaborating with various departments to meet their material requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely parts service to technicians throughout the day.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Regularly replenish workshop supplies to maintain availability.
- Accurately process documentation and update inventory management systems.
- Strictly adhere to company health and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in IT systems.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with machinery and equipment is advantageous.
- A forklift license is desirable (training will be provided if necessary).
