Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage the work of the IT team across NRG Resourcing Ltd.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Manage the IT team, including training and development of their specialist areas of expertise.
- Brainstorm IT projects with the team, providing support and direction while encouraging learning and input.
- Oversee projects, including planning, raising awareness, and obtaining support from key stakeholders.
- Assess IT-related risks to the business, sharing best practices and ensuring guidance is followed.
- Lead the IT team to deliver high-quality support, developing innovative solutions that meet the company's needs.
Requirements
- Experience in IT management, with a good understanding of technical IT requirements, including infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Experience in creating, introducing, and maintaining complex IT policies.
- Knowledge of IT security protocols and standards, including ISO.
- Passion for developing people and experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Focused on continuous development of own IT skills and knowledge.
- Experience working in an IT software development environment is beneficial but not essential.
