We're seeking a skilled Plumber Multi Trader to join our team in North London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across our properties.

About the Role:

  • Temp to Perm position available
  • Location: Wembley, North West London, North London, Central London, Patches to be discussed in interview depending on candidate locations
  • Van, fuel card provided
  • £27.12 per hour via Umbrella
  • Good all-round candidates with a can-do attitude
  • x3 positions available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties
  • Ensure Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
  • Work with people and find solutions to problems
  • Deliver excellent quality work and first-class customer service

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in your primary trade (e.g. Plumber)
  • One or more secondary trades
  • Good customer care and admin skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
