Pro-Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Overnight Operations Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in a thriving engineering environment. This is a full-time, permanent role that plays a crucial part in our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify training needs for team members, addressing any capability challenges.
- Facilitate Start of Shift and End of Shift meetings to review and update the 'SQCDP' performance metrics.
- Operate CNC milling machines and other workshop equipment as required.
- Manage milling machine operations post-setup, ensuring consistent quality throughout production runs.
- Utilize CNC and Manual CMM machines, executing programs to verify compliance with technical drawings of manufactured components.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety policies, serving as a role model for compliance within the workplace.
- Effectively communicate any operational issues to the engineering, commercial, and technical teams.
- Understand and meet the specific quality standards set by clients throughout the production process.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in machining techniques, particularly with vertical CNC milling machines.
Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM - 6 AM
