About the Role

We're seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with our experienced Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive results.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist technology resourcing and consultancy company with over 20 years' experience. Our group employs over 250 people and is looking to grow rapidly following private equity backing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop targeted content across a range of marketing activities, including graphic design, social media, email communications, and website content.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to target marketing materials to the right candidates and clients.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, or previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong creative skills, including graphic design and content writing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
