Job Overview
We are seeking professional, hard-working graduates with strong communication skills, high levels of computer literacy, and high levels of organizational ability to join our client's team as a Trainee Counsellor. This is an incredible opportunity to join the industry-leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Occupational Health (OH) provider, and gain further paid training to develop relevant skills for an EAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop skills in digital counselling, telephone counselling, solution-focused counselling, risk assessment, and safeguarding training
- Gain experience in online CBT, online counselling, and case management
Requirements
- Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling and minimum of 100 counselling hours
- Membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
