Our client, a prominent multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to a variety of wastewater infrastructure initiatives within their Leicester office.
With a robust team of over 650 professionals nationwide, they collaborate to provide exceptional solutions that deliver enduring benefits to local communities.
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing wastewater infrastructure projects, which encompass flood management, network pumping stations, and combined sewer overflow (CSO) enhancements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical designs, specifications, and reports for a diverse range of projects.
  • Mentor and oversee your design sub-team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Engage with clients from both public and private sectors to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

About You:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in using Microdrainage and Civil 3D software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sub-team effectively.
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship management.
  • Ideally, you are working towards chartership with CEng or IEng.
