About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Chessington. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, intervention, and treatment to children with significant functional difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life
- Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in clinical audits and service development to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes
- Extensive experience in paediatric physiotherapy, particularly in neurodevelopment
- Strong knowledge of child development and neurodevelopmental disorders
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
