About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Cost Manager to join our team at Empro. As a key member of our Hard FM pricing team, you will be responsible for pricing both PPM and reactive maintenance for long-term, multi-million-pound contracts.

About the Company:

Empro is a leading provider of facilities management and infrastructure services, renowned for our expertise in specialist design and build capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing of Tender Documents to understand requirements related to labour loading, subcontractor/supply chain activities and TUPE
  • Labour loading, taking into consideration activities that would need to be subcontracted
  • Analyzing Reactive data to understand the staffing levels required and rates sufficient to recover costs
  • Creating subcontractor/supply chain quotation requests, ensuring quotes received are in line with specifications provided
  • Attending workshop sessions to understand the delivery model and review progress

Requirements:

  • You possess extensive experience in Hard FM pricing and have a proven record of commercial success
