About the Role

The Spencer Clarke Group is pleased to be working with a longstanding, premium manufacturer to assist in the recruitment of a Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a well-established finance team and play a vital role in supporting the business in providing intelligent financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate, timely, and relevant management information, including weekly KPI reports, monthly management accounts, weekly and monthly sales/margin analyses.
  • Conduct reviews with budget holders and evaluate spend against sales performance and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Control the fixed asset system, ensure capital projects are monitored and reviewed post completion.
  • Management of the cash forecast submissions.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/CGMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience within a similar role within manufacturing

What's on Offer

  • Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
