• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Be knowledgeable about our menu and make recommendations to guests
• Represent RA Venues and maintain a positive brand image
• Comply with food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations
