This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor seeking to advance to a Commercial Operations Manager position while working with a reputable organization in the infrastructure sector.

The Commercial Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and Quantity Surveyors, managing client agreements, mitigating risks, and enhancing profitability.

  • Support the finance department by developing asset financing strategies and models
  • Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues
  • Prepare and deliver monthly commercial and financial reports
  • Engage in contract negotiation and administration
  • Provide assistance to the broader commercial team on the project
  • Mentor junior surveyors throughout the project
