Our Business

We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, and estate agents to provide a range of services, including mortgage valuations and homebuyer reports. Our team of experienced surveyors is dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients.

The Role

We are seeking a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience completing mortgage valuations and homebuyer reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete mortgage valuations and homebuyer reports to a high standard
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet deadlines and work to tight timescales
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • RICS registration
  • At least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying
