About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at The John Clark Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets for new and used motorcycles, as well as finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used motorcycles, finance, and insurance products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest motorcycle models, features, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately record and update customer information, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales performance.
Requirements
  • Motorcycle License: Hold a valid motorcycle license.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of motorcycle products and features.
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
