  • Input into growing a high-performing team, including mentoring and overseeing the progression of junior team members.
  • Prepare applications for payments to maintain cash position, including cash flow production and improvement plans.

Further Details

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of different types of projects across the wider business. Projects will range in value up to c.£10m, with a focus on delivering one project and then moving onto the next. You will mentor junior commercial staff on projects, delivering training where needed and generally overseeing progression and development activities.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years' commercial experience supporting the delivery of infrastructure or general civil engineering projects.
  • Must have NEC contract experience and be comfortable managing projects end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.
